Botox® is the name given to a substance called botulinum toxin, which has various medical applications such as: removal of wrinkles, treatment for headaches and excessive sweating treatment.

Botox® is used to treat wrinkles that forms the facial expression like the ones between the eyebrows, around the eye or and forehead wrinkles.

It lasts 4 to 6 months, but studies show that the effects are more durable when the pattient uses this application pediodically because by diminishing the muscle activity, less  botox® is required.
